Refund policy

To ensure a valid return, please send the item back to our address within 30 days for UK customers and 40 days for international customers. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as when it was sent, otherwise a refund will not be given. For your protection, we recommend sending the return via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. We will process refunds within a week of receiving the return and will send an email notification. The refund should appear in your bank/Paypal account within 5 working days.
